Your waitlist details

When you join the Talko waitlist, we save your email address, any name and topic you choose to share, whether you’re interested as a Guest, Host or both, and when you agreed to receive launch and early-access updates. If you arrive through a campaign link, we also save its source and campaign label.

Why we keep them

We use your details to manage expressions of interest and contact you with the Talko updates you requested. Joining the waitlist does not create a Talko account. We do not sell your details.

Who can access them

Approved Talko staff can view and manage the list. The website stores waitlist records using its hosting provider, Cloudflare. Website infrastructure providers process requests to deliver the service. We use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit automated form submissions; we do not add your IP address to the waitlist record.

Change your mind

You can withdraw your consent or ask for your details to be corrected or removed by emailing help@talko.chat from the address you registered. We keep your entry while managing launch interest or until you ask us to remove it.
